Alpine Creek is a strategic real estate investor and developer with experience in acquisition, development, financing and asset management.  We typically seek to acquire underperforming properties in the United States and select international markets at substantial discounts relative to replacement cost where we can add value through renovation, repositioning, expansion or capital restructuring.  Our target properties include office, retail, industrial, residential and mixed-use projects.

Transaction Attributes

  • Priced below replacement cost
  • Offer upside potential, redevelopment and repositioning opportunities
  • Projects with excess land and/or out parcels
  • Developers requiring an equity investor or joint venture partner

Class B and Class C buildings with the potential to upgrade


  • Retail
Community, neighborhood, open-air shopping with redevelopment or repositioning potential


  • Industrial
Light industrial, warehouse/distribution, and R&D / flex buildings, including urban industrial with residential conversion potential


  • Residential
Existing multi-family or to-be-built complexes (minimum of 2-4 units)
Specialty residential such as senior, long-term or specialty care


  • Mixed-Use
Opportunities that combine any of the above categories into a single project
